The Industry Capability Network has developed an Indigenous Supplier Directory to become a central accessible database for use by private and public sector procurement personnel in identifying Indigenous Company capabilities across the Territory for potential tendering and contracting opportunities.
The Indigenous Supplier Directory has been developed to expand and maintain a centralised database of Indigenous-owned businesses across a broad range of sectors as diverse as mining, construction, oil & gas, resources, marine, rural & remote services, trades such as electrical, mechanical, automotive, and professional services such as engineering, accounting, legal and financial.
Are you an Indigenous Owned business?
If the answer is "yes", then you can register for FREE for opportunities. A business can be either a sole proprietor, partnership, registered company, or incorporated association. It is essentially any party that would like increased business opportunity through government or private sector work in their area.
An ICN consultant can be made available to visit your community / region to provide a presentation to interested business people wishing to register on the Indigenous Supplier Database.
If you're not an Indigenous Owned business, you can register through this portal for project work packages or just register your interest in existing or upcoming project opportunities which will be listed in the left hand side menu bar. If you or your company have not previously registered with ICN, please contact your local ICN representative to assist you.
Conversely, if your company is engaged in identifying Indigenous owned businesses simply contact the ICN and a representative will conduct a search our database to find suitable suppliers or service providers.
